- When cooperating with government agencies performing statutory duties
- When entrusting personal-information handling to service providers (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Forms) within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
8. Your Rights
Under Japan's APPI, GDPR, and CCPA, you have the following rights:
- Right of disclosure (APPI Art. 33): Request disclosure of personal data we hold
- Right to correction / addition / deletion (APPI Art. 34): Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to suspension of use / erasure (APPI Art. 35): Request cessation of use or erasure where personal data is used outside the stated purpose
- Right to suspension of third-party provision (APPI Art. 35)
- Right to data portability (GDPR Art. 20): EU/UK residents may receive their data in a structured format
- Right to opt out of sale / sharing (CCPA): California residents may exercise the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right

9. Security Measures
In accordance with Article 23 of Japan's APPI, we implement the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data:

- Technical measures: SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, Content Security Policy (CSP), and protection against unauthorized access
- Physical measures: Proper management of equipment and storage media handling personal information
- Personnel measures: Training and awareness regarding proper handling of personal information
10. External Services
