These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using MoneyGlobe ("the Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- "The Site" means MoneyGlobe (https://money-globe.com) and all of its pages, content, and services.
- "User" means any person who browses or uses the Site.
- "Content" means text, images, video, data, programs, and any other information published on the Site.
Article 2 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Site regarding the use of the Site.
The Site may establish additional rules, guidelines, or policies ("Individual Terms"). Individual Terms form part of these Terms regardless of their title, and in case of conflict the Individual Terms shall prevail.
Article 3 (Nature of Services)
The Site provides information about foreign exchange, emerging-market currencies, cryptocurrency, and geopolitical FX analysis.
The Site does not engage in "Financial Instruments Business" as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 8 of Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The Site is not registered as a financial-instruments business operator, investment advisory business operator, investment management business operator, or financial-instruments intermediary, and does not conduct such business.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Acts violating laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Destroying or interfering with the Site's servers or network functions
- Acts that may interfere with the Site's operations
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users
- Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
- Impersonating other Users
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces
- Infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of the Site or third parties
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, public transmission, sale, or distribution of Content
- Commercial use without the Site's permission
- Using automated tools (scraping bots, crawlers) that place undue load on the Site
- Other acts reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Site
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights in Content belong to the Site or to third parties with legitimate rights.
Permission to use the Site under these Terms does not grant any license to use intellectual property of the Site or its rights holders.
Permitted Use
Users may use Content within the following scope:
- Viewing and storing for private use
- Quotation in compliance with Article 32 of Japan's Copyright Act (with proper attribution, clearly secondary use, no modification)
- Sharing on social media with a link to the original source
- Non-commercial educational or research use, with attribution
Article 6 (Investment Information and Risks)
Investments in foreign exchange (FX), cryptocurrency, stocks, and other financial products carry the risk of losing some or all of the principal due to price-, exchange-rate-, credit-, and liquidity-related factors. Leveraged trading can amplify losses.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only:
- It does not constitute advice on specific financial products, investments, tax, or legal matters
- It does not consider individual investment objectives, financial situation, or experience
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- It does not substitute for the pre-contract disclosure document required under Article 37(3) of Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act

Article 8 (Advertising and Affiliates)
The Site participates in third-party advertising services (Google AdSense and others) and various affiliate programs.
- We may receive referral fees when you purchase products or services through links on the Site
- We strive to provide objective information regardless of affiliate compensation
- Affiliate links and advertisements carry explicit disclosures such as "Ad," "PR," or "Contains affiliate links" (in compliance with Japan's Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the stealth-marketing guidance issued in October 2023)
- Disclosures are never hidden or styled to be inconspicuous

- Accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or timeliness of information
- Service interruption, suspension, termination, modification, or data loss
- Unauthorized acts by third parties against the Site or Users
- Damages from use of external linked sites
- Damages from force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, legal changes, government actions)
- Any other damages related to use of the Site
Where Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory provisions apply, some or all disclaimers may not apply.
Article 10 (Service Changes)
The Site may change, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance, inspection, or updates
- Force majeure (earthquakes, fires, power outages, natural disasters)
- Computer or communication-line failures
- Other cases the Site reasonably deems necessary
The Site is not responsible for damages resulting from such changes, suspensions, or terminations.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
Pursuant to Article 548-4 of the Japanese Civil Code, the Site may modify these Terms without individual User consent in the following cases:
- The change benefits Users generally
- The change does not contradict the contract purpose and is reasonable considering the necessity, appropriateness, and other circumstances of the change
Changes will be announced on the Site with the effective date, and revised Terms become effective on that date.
Article 12 (Severability)
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain valid. Invalid provisions shall be construed narrowly to the extent necessary for them to remain valid.
Article 13 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Article 14 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
